What is your turnaround time?

For culling 1-2 business days | For Editing 3-5 business days.

Do you offer a cull-only service?

Yes, I do! Cull only price is Just $0.01, for Each viewd images.

What is private photo editing?

It's a service for photographers who are looking to outsource some of their editing or culling. This service allows photographers to prioritize what's important to them, save time, and speed up their turnaround time - all while staying true to their brand.

What is an anchor image?

Anchor images are a few photos you edit before sending me your catalogue. They are a big part of me reflecting your unique style, ensuring each image seamlessly matches your brand.

What kind of adjustments do you make to my images?

I generally use the following tools to replicate your style in Lightroom: Application of your preset, temperature + tint, exposure + white balance correction, shadows + highlights, colour adjustments, sharpening + noise reduction, crop + straighten. Ai Masking, Minimal Spot Correction and/or Healing can be added on and it's FREE.

Do you offer skin retouching or other Photoshop work?

Yes, I offer additional services in Lightroom or Photoshop for photos that need a little extra help. This includes: Spot removal, Gradient/radial filters, Adjustment brushes/masks, Face retouching in Photoshop, Other services upon request

What type of photography do you edit?

I make myself available to edit anything my clients need me to edit including weddings, engagement sessions, portrait sessions, etc.

Can I just send you RAW files? What is the way to send you the photos?

Absolutely! i work with Lightroom SmartPreviews or Raw files.You can send them via DropBox/WeTransfer or please e-mail them at vidhisha@moonlightedit.com

Do you also offer black and white editing?

Yes, I do! let me know what percentage of photos you usually convert to black and white.

How does payment work?

I'll send you a invoice detailed with the session name and a breakdown of the cost for basic edits, culling, etc. along with the number of photos. This'll help both you and me keep our records straight. And the good news is, you're able to pay the invoice with a credit or debit card.

I'm not super confident on my style yet, are you able to help me work it out?

Absolutely! I can definitely help you refine your style when we start working together. I'll send you a couple different versions of test edits on your photos and you can pick the editing style you like best.

What happens if I don’t like the edits I receive?

The short answer is… I'll make it right!

With every job that leaves me, your satisfaction is my number 1 priority. Once i find out there’s a problem and work out the details you’ll get a revised catalog from me generally within 24-48 hours.

I only need a small number of photos to be edited. How will you charge me?

My minimum order size is 50 images. You can send less than that but I'll still be charged for 50 photos.
